Our Group Ride Membership offers riders access to these ride sessions which are pre-planned and periodised to develop all facets of fitness and a range of skills throughout the yearly seasons.
A Performance Training Program is aimed at the Advanced to Elite level rider seeking a specific and personalised program targeted at their event goals.

For training purposes we recommend you use a heart rate monitor to assist in training at the intensity that you have been prescribed for each session.
